The Epic – Office Space

Texas Bomanite was asked by Balfour Beatty Construction to install 9055 SF of polished concrete in the lobby area of the Epic office building in downtown Dallas.

The floors consisted of a Salt and Pepper 1500 grit finish using Bomanite Polished Concrete to compliment the space’s carefully-designed, modern aesthetic.

We were grateful to work alongside a great crew and help accomplish a beautiful office space in the Epic’s second phase of construction.
