South Congress Hotel
Nestled in the heart of trendy SoCo (South Congress Avenue) in Austin, will be the new South Congress Hotel, projected to finish in early 2015.
Texas Bomanite started pricing the exterior architectural concrete to Manhattan Constructionβs Houston office in April 2013. Final proposals were issued in November followed by a contract.
Situated on nearly an acre of land, the building will span over 82,000 square feet and will include a hotel, restaurants and retail space.Our role in the project will include integral color concrete with Sandscape and Sandblast paving finishes as well as board-formed concrete planter walls and water features.
