Heart of a Champion Luncheon

As many of you know, I enjoy volunteering my time to Heart House Dallas, a wonderful organization that provides a free after-school educational program and safe haven to at-risk children.Each year Heart House hosts the annual fundraising event, the Heart of a Champion Luncheon. This fantastic event brings together business leaders, Heart House contributors, Heart House leadership and many others to enjoy an inspirational presentation from someone who knows what it means to have the Heart of a Champion.

This year’s guest speaker is decorated football coach, Gene Stallings. As the head coach of the1992 National Champion Alabama Crimson Tide football team, Coach Stallings knows a thing or two about what it takes to be a champion. Coach Stallings also knows what it means to be a Texan as a member of the famous “Junction Boys” of Texas A&M, head coach of Texas A&M’s football team, member of the Dallas Cowboys coaching staff and much more!
