Waterfront Campus: In Progress

A brand new Austin Waterfront campus for a large tech company is a 40-acre campus located at the south end of Lady Bird Lake. Labeled as the “workforce of the future,” It includes 560,000 SF spread out across two office buildings that boast breathtaking views of downtown Austin.

Texas Bomanite was asked by Clean Scapes, L.P. to install multiple concrete finishes that will reside upon the campus. These include 6,551 SF of sidewalks with an uncolored sandscape finish, 525 SF of a sandscape driveway, 4,791 SF of sandscape sidewalks in the color Scofield Quicksilver, and 8,601 SF of colored sidewalks with seeded carbide in the color Scofield Quicksilver.

All Texas Bomanite work is in progress and is set to be finished June of 2020. The project’s general contractor is Austin Commercial.
