Beltline and MacArthur Intersection
A large undertaking, this July we completed the decorative component of the municipal intersection of Beltline and MacArthur Roads in Coppell. Since it’s a major intersection, avoiding traffic congestion due to road construction was of utmost priority. To this end, we poured 200+ cubic yards of concrete in a single day using 3 crews working on 3 different areas of the intersection simultaneously.
Overall, the construction took 11 days, beginning on July 14 and the last pour of 90+ yards took place on July 25.
The GC on this project was Jim Bowman Construction. For more information, visit their website at http://www.bowmanconstructioninc.net/index.php.
