Bluffview Residence

While we normally concentrate our efforts on commercial projects, occasionally a really exciting and unique residential project will come our way. This is especially true about our newest residential project, the Bluffview residence.

 

Award-winning Lake Flato Architects based in San Antonio were tapped to create a distinctive, environmentally friendly and modern homestead here in Dallas. Lake Flato’s signature design, the Porch House, incorporates sustainable and regional materials into a series of buildings or “pavilions.” The pavilions surround a courtyard, water feature, or other type of environmental feature specific to each client. The Porch House concept truly presents a new way of thinking about and designing residential spaces and each house is site-specific and LEED certified.
