Cypress Waters
Located 5 minutes from DFW Airport in Dallas is a new business complex called Cypress Waters, anchored by a 217,000 SF office building.Β Β The Cypress Waters building houses offices, a fitness center, a conference center, restaurants, and retail.Β Β
Texas Bomanite was brought in to polish and seal 4,500 SF in the lobby of the building.Β Β We lended to the modern, yet warm feel of the architecture by polishing the concrete to a 1,500 grit with a salt and pepper finish. We utilized the Bomanite VirtaFlor system; which consists of grinding, chemical hardening with Bomanite Stablizer Pro, and honing and polishing with Bomanite VitraFinish.Β Β We also provided a 100 SF mock-up, which allows the architects and General Contractors with a solid idea of exactly what the finished product will look like. Β
