Located 5 minutes from DFW Airport in Dallas is a new business complex called Cypress Waters, anchored by a 217,000 SF office building. The Cypress Waters building houses offices, a fitness center, a conference center, restaurants, and retail.
Texas Bomanite was brought in to polish and seal 4,500 SF in the lobby of the building. We lended to the modern, yet warm feel of the architecture by polishing the concrete to a 1,500 grit with a salt and pepper finish. We utilized the Bomanite VirtaFlor system; which consists of grinding, chemical hardening with Bomanite Stablizer Pro, and honing and polishing with Bomanite VitraFinish. We also provided a 100 SF mock-up, which allows the architects and General Contractors with a solid idea of exactly what the finished product will look like.
